The Debate About Proposed Review of Disability Cases
Do you remember your High School debate club, where two people debated opposite sides of an issue? Such is the case in this USA Today article which discusses a recent proposal by the Administration to more actively review existing Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) cases to ensure that some recipients are still disabled and unable to work. The first part of the article, argued by USA Today’s editorial board, is in favor of the new proposal to more frequently review cases of those whose disability isn’t deemed as permanent.
