How to claim Social Security at the right time

Robert Powell of MarketWatch has a fabulous, comprehensive piece here about claiming Social Security at the right time.  Age 62 is the right time for just a select few, but misinformation and impatience accounts for so many taking reduced benefits then.  He covers over and underestimating chances of survival and countering the misinformation.  The central point is this– while some may benefit from early claiming, namely those in poor health, others would benefit financially for delaying claiming until age 67 or as late as age 70, especially those with a longer life expectancy.  Full piece here.
