HR 82 Retroactive Payments Being Processed - SSA Press Release
In support of HR82 the Social Security Fairness Act, the Social Security administration has begun processing retroactive payments to over 3.2 million people who had offsets to their benefits because of the Windfall Elimination Provision (WEP) and Government Pension Offset (GPO).
