Millennials are lining up to fill the void the Baby Boomers are leaving in the work force. Those in leadership positions are struggling with figuring out how to best make the transition between the two generations as seamlessly as they can. Millennials are generally regarded as an entitled group that feels like they are owed the positions being left vacant by the older generation.
