Difference in Work Place Values in Generations

There has been a shift in what is valued in the work place through the generations, most notably between Baby Boomers and Millennials. Each generation places value in different areas as far as what denotes a positive reputation. Millennials value teamwork very highly, placing more value on actions such as volunteering for assignments or bringing in food for the work place to share.
