Rubio vows to reform Medicare and Social Security

Presidential candidate Marco Rubio, speaking at a town hall meeting in Sarasota, Florida pledged to make changes that will put Social Security and Medicare on a path to sustainability. Calling for constitutional amendments on budget balancing and term limits, Rubio also promised lower taxes, cutbacks on regulatory overhead, and a repeal of the Affordable Care Act.
