Estimated 2026 Part B premium - The Street
Most of us did not read the entire 267 pages of the 2025 Medicare Trustees report. If you did, you would already know that the Trustees are projecting the 2026 Part B premium to be $206.50, an 11.6 percent increase. If this estimate holds, and yes, it is an estimate, it would be the largest single-year increase since 2016 when premiums increased by 16.1 percent. “There is certainly a potential for the monthly premium to increase further,” said Marcia Mantell, president of Mantell Retirement Consulting.

we don’t get a big raise like the congress does we worked and pd into all of this social security and Medicare and it’s going up fast part b then the social security and should go up a lot but then you have Medicare jump from 185.00 to 206.00 look into giving us seniors more money for cost of living under trump and his taffifs are hitting people hard and gonna get worst and yes what to do about it we already do preventive programs, go to the drs so what else ok thanks
premium goes up $21, 11.6% increase, medicare advantage premium goes up to ??? and the Social Security increase goes up 2.5% so a lot of people will not be getting a raise next year!
