Film festival explores disability issues
For the fourth straight year, the Sprout Film Festival is coming to Corvallis to shine a spotlight on the often marginalized world of people with disabilities. Several local agencies that support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities have teamed up to present a touring version of Sprout, an international film fest held in New York City.
