Health Care Benefits and Employment

Survey after Survey finds that health care benefits are still one of the biggest things potential employees look for in a job. Baby Boomers and Millennials place near identical importance on this issue and are more likely to take jobs that offer better health care benefits. As many as 2/3 of younger workers would rather go with good health care benefits from their employer along with over half of Baby Boomers seeking employment. Every demographic surveyed on this issue has over half those asked saying the same thing. For more information on this, visit this article by Jack Craver with BenefitsPro.com.
