New Legislation Aims to Enhance Protection for Identity Theft Victims

In a December 1 press release, House Ways and Means Chairman Jason Smith (MO-08) stressed the importance of H.R. 5345, the  Improving Social Security’s Service to Victims of Identity Theft Act.
