Ms. Franklin says: Bowing to public and congressional pressure, the Social Security Administration announced last month that it would resume periodic mailings of estimated benefit statements to workers who reach ages 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55 and 60, are not receiving Social Security benefits and have not registered for an online account.
