Medicare Problem Delayed

A new budget deal has alleviated fears of rising Medicare Part B Premiums, capping the increase to 15 percent from the former 52 percent. This is good news in the short term because of the fact that Social Security benefits are not rising in the next year. The problem has not been solved, however, just pushed to a later date.
