Millennials have been criticized for their working habits as they enter in to their career building life. Recently they have been criticized for their tendency to jump from one job to the next rather quickly. This is becoming the new norm as the internet has become a great resource in hunting for better jobs all over the country. It is easier today to find jobs that would be a better fit than it was when the Baby Boomers started working.
