Social Security Becoming Hot Topic Among Candidates
Since the news on low inflation and no COLA, presidential candidates have picked up Social Security as a new talking point. Most of the talk is around either agreeing or disagreeing with Obama’s urging to push through a boost in benefits anyways. Most democratic candidates, as well as democrats already in office, believe that there should be an increase in Social Security payments regardless of the COLA ruling.
