Anyone who has tried to contact Social Security recently knows that the COVID-19 pandemic has taken its toll on services provided by the Social Security Administration. As most private companies have scrambled to adapt to pandemic-induced restrictions, so has the Social Security Administration modified their procedures to continue full service while field offices are closed to general public access.
