The Aging of America’s Worforce

In some cases, seniors working well into their 70s and 80s is a financial necessity, while in others it’s a sense of pride and contentment in what they do. Others equate working with the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. Still others remain in the workforce for the sheer joy of it, the contact with people being something that buoys them in their later years.
