Why Millennials Should Take Social Security at Age 67

Sean Williams of The Motley Fool stresses that Millennials’ fears about Social Security running out of money are untrue and misguided.  As long as there is a payroll tax with workers contributing the program will exist.  That some congressional changes are in order over the next decade to keep Social Security whole and to keep across the board cuts from occurring is no reason to grab benefits early and thus face a permanent cut for life.  Williams presents compelling reasons for this demographic group to wait to start benefits until age 67, the current full retirement age.  Read full piece here.
