Another Social Security scam alert

Yet another scam alert has been issued by the Better Business Bureau warning seniors not to fall for calls from area code 323 claiming to be from the Social Security Administration.  In this latest scheme, the caller pretends to be from Social Security and advising that you’re entitled to a 1.7% benefit increase, but it’s necessary to verify your personal information.  As this KBTX-TV (Texas) article explains, never give personal information to anyone who calls and claims to be from the Social Security Administration.  Click here to read more.
