How the Gay Marriage Decision Could Affect Couples’ Social Security Strategies

Social Security benefits may not be the first thing that comes to mind when contemplating the potential ramifications of Obergefell v. Hodges, the gay marriage case the U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule on later this month.
