Fixing the Problems with Social Security

Social Security is becoming a hot topic among the presidential candidates, some of whom have adopted it as a major campaign issues. Most of the plans that they are talking about include raising retirement ages and earnings caps. The media clings to buzz words and twist the headlines in to controversial titles meant to drum up outrage rather than actually talking through the plans in any sort of detail. When looking at these plans you can’t just focus on what you think may be bad about them, you have to look at the plan as a whole with both pros and cons.
