Many Baby Boomers are facing retirement, and many of these workers either don’t want to or can’t afford to retire at the moment. The problem many run in to when trying to find a new job is one of ageism, many companies are taking the younger candidates over the older. The good news is that there are still places that have jobs for older workers as long as you are willing to move to or already live in the right area.
