Boomers Training the New Generation

Millennials are lining up to fill the void the Baby Boomers are leaving in the work force. Those in leadership positions are struggling with figuring out how to best make the transition between the two generations as seamlessly as they can. Millennials are generally regarded as an entitled group that feels like they are owed the positions being left vacant by the older generation. Many companies are coming to terms with how much of a benefit it is to have the new perspective enter their organization, however, and are setting up mentoring programs to get the Millennials better and faster acquainted with their place of work.
