  1. In the brief summary testimonies by witnesses at this hearing some information from Paula Porter and Ann Dugas was confused.Paula Porter and not Ann Dugas is the is the widow with 5 children. For Paula Porter all Social /Security benefits were stopped once youngest child reached 18, Paula Porter has never received any of her husband’s Social Security since that last child reached 18.
