A Multi-Generational Work Place
Many Baby Boomers have caught themselves looking around their work place and finding that their ‘peers’ encompass a much larger age group than they realized. It is not uncommon today to have Millennials working alongside Baby Boomers in the same position. This has recently caused waves in offices as many wondered how the culture of the work place would handle having so many different generations working together. Surely the newer workers would not hold the same priorities or ideals as the veterans.
