While the SSA offices remain closed to walk-in traffic during the COVID-19 pandemic, they want you to know that there are alternative ways to get help. According to Catherine LeBlanc, SSA Public Affairs Specialist, “You can speak with a representative by calling your local Social Security office or our National 800 Number.
