RSC Calls for re-adoption of Default Prevention Act

Describing it as a measure that would “require the U.S. Treasury to pay its debt, interest, and Social Security obligations, even if it reached its legal borrowing limit,” the Republican Study Committee (RSC) unanimously called for re-adoption of the Default Prevention Act originally promoted by  Rep.
