Legislation to make changes to the terminology used by Social Security - Plan Advisor

Sen. Bill Cassidy, [R-LA] introduced on April 29, 2025, a bill to require changes to the Social Security Administration’s terminology. S.1504 – would require the Social Security Administration to make changes to the social security terminology used in the rules, regulations, guidance, or other materials of the Administration.
