Real-Life Scams in Action
The scammers and fraudsters are continuing their relentless assault on the general population, and many of their targets are Social Security and Medicare beneficiaries. While we strive to keep all our readers current on trends in the murky world of schemes and identification theft, it’s also goof from time to time to take a look at some actual attacks documented by the ERISA consultants at the Retirement Learning Center (RLC). Two recent situations are reviewed in a post by the National Association of Plan Advisors’ Jenny Kiffmeyer, JD appearing on their website. I NEED HELP !!!THEY WERE TAKING MY SS AS SOON AS IT HIT THE BANK SO HAD IT CHANGED TO PAPER CHECK SO FINALLY GOT MY 1st CK. IN MONTHS??!! BUT STILL NEED HELP TO GET BACK ON MY FEET !!!!!
