The Elusive “Retirement Dream”
For many folks, the thought of an eventual, comfortable retirement life has kept them going during those long working years. They have even been steadfast in their financial planning, putting what funds they could aside for those “golden tears.” But now, in the words of The Motley Fool’s Katie Brockman in a post today on USA.com, for many “ … retirement is becoming unreachable, no matter how hard they work for it.” Ms. Brockman delves into the causes for this dilemma, and offers suggestions for how to deal with at least part of it.
