Baby Boomers are still arguably the most influential generation in America. Just looking at the current political landscape can tell you as much, where Boomers dominate in positions held in every branch of government, including as candidates for the next President. They are also still one of the main driving forces behind our economy and job market. Baby Boomers are expected to remain a dominate force in the workplace for the better part of the next decade as they continue to work well past retirement age. They still hold on to the motivation and ambition that has driven them from the start and are considered by many to still be the backbone of our economy.
