Boomers Redefining Aging
Baby Boomers continue to age and continue to defy conventional aging stereotypes and mannerisms. Boomers are blazing a new path through retirement, and for some reason the rest of America continue to be surprised by this. Boomers have never been conventional, they have always been innovators and set their own rules in every stage of their life. Boomers also have the strongest sense of generational identity, fully accepting their label and doing their best to live up to everything that comes with it. This includes not slowing down in retirement, not downsizing in their senior years and fading gracefully in to antiquity. Boomers are not laying back and reminiscing on bygone days, rather they are keeping pace with younger generations and at the forefront of change as they always were.
