Budgeting for economic uncertain times

During periods of economic turbulence, it can make it difficult to know how to budget. Thirty-three percent of Americans have dipped into their savings and/or retirement accounts to help pay the bills during the pandemic according to Pew Research Center. While you cannot control what happens with the economy, you can control how you react to it by building a budget that factor in what-if-scenarios.  In Rebecca Lake’s article for Forbes, she gives tips on how to create a budget for those economic uncertain times.
