Jeb: Need to “Phase Out” Medicare, Move to New System

Former Florida Governor and presidential candidate Jeb Bush says the U.S. needs to “figure out a way to phase out” Medicare, and that the program will leave planned future recipients with nothing if it continues.Speaking at an event sponsored by the Koch-owned political advocacy group Americans for Prosperity, Bush called for “a new system” to replace Medicare and said the left need to “join the conversation” on the issue.
