Shift in Mindset Between Generations

Millennials are stereotypically thought of as entitled and lazy within the job market but a new study shows that they are actually the most optimistic generation in the work place right now. Millennials feel better about the outlook of their future than Baby Boomers. The main reasons experts attribute to this shift in outlook is improving employment rates and less debt. Others say it could be a “false sense of security” claiming that Millennials are too far removed from their retirement to fret over it to the same degree as Boomers that are rapidly nearing it.
