Surprise! Retirement expectations are actually improving.
The results of a Gallup poll of “non-retired Americans” indicates that sentiments toward a comfortable retirement may be improving. In fact, compared to a year ago, those who believe they’ll have enough money to live comfortably in retirement is up more than 10%. A post by John Sullivan of 401kspecialistmag.com takes a look at this surprising twist, noting that “Younger non-retirees may assume they have plenty of time to save for retirement, while their older counterparts may recognize that the window of opportunity is closing for them to achieve their financial targets.” Read the post here…
