Social Security has had some radical changes in recent years regarding in rules and stipulations to different filing options. Many options were taken away and are no longer available leaving those that were planning on filing in those ways scrambling to find other options. The problem is that the Social Security rules and guidelines are so convoluted and confusing that even experts in the area are having trouble keeping on top of the new information.
