As the population ages thanks to the Baby Boomer generation, there is a marked change in average investment habits. This change is forming our new economic landscape and dictating the future of the economy. The older generation has historically held more wealth than the younger, but this has been amplified in the current generation because of the recent recession. They are being very conservative in their investments as compared to the younger generations as well, leading to a very mild economic climate.
